All of this began in 1973 with enrollment at the "Edmondo De Amicis" Professional Institute for Dental Technicians on Via Galvani in Rome, where he obtained his dental technician diploma in 1977.

Meanwhile, in 1974, he began working as an apprentice at the Wilocs laboratory on Via Raffaele Battistini, one of the largest in Europe at the time, with over 120 employees.

In 1980, he founded the Smile Dental Laboratory.

By 1982, the laboratory already had 25 employees, won the contract to supply prosthetics to the George Eastman Dental Hospital in Rome, and expanded its network of clients in various Italian regions, including Lazio, Tuscany, Campania, Basilicata, and Puglia.

In 1983, he left the management of the Smile laboratory (which remained active until a few years ago) to enroll in the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at "La Sapienza" University of Rome, where he graduated in 1990.

From 1984 to 1993, he practiced as a freelance professional in Rome, in partnership with his cousin and close friend Sergio Gentilini.

With the desire for a change of pace, he left the practice on Via Oderisi da Gubbio and moved with his wife Tiziana and daughters Martina and Alessandra to Tuscania, the family's hometown.

Since moving to Tuscania, Antonello has continued to practice independently as a freelance professional, attending specialization and training courses in Italy, Europe, and the United States.

Since 2013, he has been among the first professionals to believe in 3D technology and the digitalization of technical and surgical protocols.

This is how, in 2020, together with his children Alessandra, Arianna, and Marco, he brought the "Gentilini Dentisti a Tuscania" project to life: a fully digitalized and technologically advanced practice capable of offering patients a complete, modern, and high-value service.

A solid project with deep roots and strong foundations, designed to build another half-century of history.
