Our story

The history of the Gentilini Dental Practice is deeply intertwined with the professional and personal journey of its founder, Antonello Gentilini.

A journey spanning over fifty years, marked by passion, dedication, and a continuous pursuit of innovation.

This path began in 1973, when Antonello enrolled at the "Edmondo De Amicis" Vocational Institute for Dental Technicians, located on Via Galvani in Rome. There, in 1977, he obtained his diploma as a Dental Technician, laying the foundation for his career in the field.

As early as 1974, while still pursuing his studies, he began working as a trainee dental technician at the prestigious Wilocs Laboratory in Rome, located on Via Raffaele Battistini.

This experience allowed him to refine his skills in one of the largest dental laboratories in Europe, with as many as 120 employees. In 1980, armed with the professionalism he had developed, he made a bold decision: to leave his job as a worker and establish his first dental laboratory, named "Smile."

Success came quickly.

After just two years, Smile already had 25 employees and achieved a major milestone: becoming the official supplier of dental prostheses for the "George Eastman" Dental Hospital in Rome.

Thanks to the high quality of the service provided, the laboratory expanded its network of clients, collaborating with numerous dental practices in the regions of Lazio, Tuscany, Campania, Basilicata, and Puglia.

However, Antonello felt the desire to go further and deepen his expertise.

So, in 1983, he decided to embark on a new academic journey and enrolled in the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at the "La Sapienza" University of Rome.

After years of study and sacrifice, in 1990 he graduated, marking a new chapter in his career.

Dal 1984 al 1993 esercita la libera professione a Roma in società con Sergio Gentilini, consolidando la sua esperienza nel settore odontoiatrico.

Throughout his career, he has never stopped updating himself, participating in numerous specialization and training courses both in Italy and abroad, between Europe and the United States.

After years of activity in Rome, in the desire to improve the quality of his life and that of his family, he decides to move to Tuscania.

Since 2013, Antonello has been among the first in Italy to believe in the evolution of 3D technology and the digitalization of technical and surgical protocols.

This vision led him, in 2020, together with his children to realize a dream: the birth of "Gentilini Dentisti a Tuscania".

Today, the practice represents a point of reference for modern dentistry.

Thanks to the use of the most advanced technologies and a completely digitalized approach, it is able to offer patients top-level treatments, guaranteeing personalized care and innovative solutions.
